Grady Martin - Attorney

Grady B. Martin

Grady has represented injured workers for nearly two decades. He is compassionate and honest with his clients. He is smart and tenacious when fighting the Department of Labor and Industries and self-insured employers to obtain benefits for his clients.

Before going to law school, Grady served as Assistant Director of Forensics (speech and debate) at Western Washington University. He attended the University of Washington School of Law and was a member of the Moot Court Honor Board.
He was selected as a Super Lawyers Rising Star in 2013, 2014, and 2015.

Grady is a member in good standing with the Washington State Bar Association. He is a proud member of the American Association for Justice, the Washington State Association for Justice, and the Workers’ Injury Law and Advocacy Group. Grady is a past chair of the Workers’ Compensation Section of the Washington State Association for Justice.

Edie Crawford - Paralegal

Edie Crawford

Edie Crawford grew up in Colorado and graduated summa cum laude from the University of Colorado at Colorado Springs. After many years as a journalist, she relocated to Seattle in 2019. She joined the Grady B. Martin Law Office in 2021 as a paralegal.

Edie is committed to helping injured workers through the workers' compensation process and obtaining the care and benefits they are entitled to by law. In her free time she enjoys exploring the city, reading classics, and writing. She lives with her husband Bryce, two dogs, and conure.

Daniel Dvorkin - Paralegal

Daniel Dvorkin

Dan grew up in New York, earned a B.A. in organismic biology from the University of Colorado, and a J.D. from the University of Washington School of Law. He retired from practicing as a construction lawyer in 2017, and joined the firm as a paralegal in 2022.

Dan excels in getting medical treatment and other workers' compensation benefits approved. He is passionate about music, his two children, and bagels.
