Grady has represented injured workers for nearly two decades. He is compassionate and honest with his clients. He is smart and tenacious when fighting the Department of Labor and Industries and self-insured employers to obtain benefits for his clients.
Before going to law school, Grady served as Assistant Director of Forensics (speech and debate) at Western Washington University. He attended the University of Washington School of Law and was a member of the Moot Court Honor Board.
He was selected as a Super Lawyers Rising Star in 2013, 2014, and 2015.
Grady is a member in good standing with the Washington State Bar Association. He is a proud member of the American Association for Justice, the Washington State Association for Justice, and the Workers’ Injury Law and Advocacy Group. Grady is a past chair of the Workers’ Compensation Section of the Washington State Association for Justice.

Thea grew up in Seattle and graduated from Western Washington University with a degree in Psychology. She began working in the legal field in 2023 and joined the firm as a paralegal in November 2024. She loves solving problems and is devoted to helping clients get the benefits they deserve. Her other passions include long walks, drawing, and animals of all kinds.

Erin is our receptionist and office manager. She attended James Madison University, where she obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology. She aims to return to school to further her education. She enjoys reading, writing, and seeing live music in her free time.
